Sanitation Project

The poor people in some of the villages have no running water or electricity. The human waste and sewer are open near play areas, cooking areas and family areas.

This can be dangerous for many reasons. It means there is nowhere to manage or dispose of human waste properly, so germs get into water sources and food, spreading diseases like diarrhoea and cholera.

It means people have to go to the toilets outside, which may be unsafe for women and children.

We at Educare have created a fund to help the poor to build toilet facility, that will improve their lives so the poor live in dignity and away from misery.
