Thank you for your interest in this charity trek, here's are a few things you should know before you sign up.

• Under 18s need to be accompanied by an adult over 18. Minimum age is 12.

• You must target to raise at least £100

• The £30 fee does not go towards your target, this is an administration fee which also includes the cost of your T-shirt & Travel

• Check weather the day before and prepare appropriate clothing & footwear

• Bring your own pack lunch

• It takes approximately 4 and half hour to reach the top and back.

• Pick up location; Riverside park, despenser gardens, Cardiff, CF11 6AX, bus leaving at 9:30am
